Política de Reembolsos

• Email: soporte@yourlegacy.tech
• WhatsApp: +1 561 900 8852

No necesitas justificar tu decisión. Confirmaremos la recepción de tu solicitud.

103.a y 108.3).

1. Guarantee period

You have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to request a full refund of the amount paid for your enrollment in the Growth Lab or Growth Lab PRO program.

2. How to request it

Send your request through any of these channels, stating the email you purchased with:

• From the platform: Settings → Your plan → «Withdraw from the contract». It is recorded with the date and you get the receipt by email straight away.
• Email: soporte@yourlegacy.tech
• WhatsApp: +1 561 900 8852

You do not need to justify your decision. We will confirm receipt of your request.

3. Refund timeframe

Once approved, we process the refund to your original payment method through Stripe. The amount usually appears in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. One-off payment and subscription

If you bought a one-off payment plan (Growth Lab or PRO), a refund within 14 days covers the amount paid and access is withdrawn when the refund is issued. If you are on the Explorer monthly subscription, cancelling stops future charges; the month already charged is covered by this same 14-day guarantee.

5. Explorer plan (monthly subscription)

The Explorer plan is a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the next cycle and you keep access until the end of the already-paid period. Monthly installments already used are non-refundable except for the initial 14-day guarantee.

6. Changing plan

From Explorer to Growth Lab: we credit whatever you paid on Explorer over the last 3 months (up to $201) against the Growth Lab price. The credit shows on the button before you pay, not after. When you complete the change we cancel your monthly subscription in the same move, so you are never charged for both.

From Growth Lab to PRO: if you change within the first 90 days we credit the Growth Lab price in full. After that, the part proportional to the time you have left.

Moving down: Growth Lab and PRO are one-off payments with a fixed access period, so they do not turn into a subscription nor get refunded halfway. You keep access until your period ends; from then on you can subscribe to Explorer if you want to continue.

7. Immediate access and the right of withdrawal

When you buy, we give you access immediately. European Union consumer law distinguishes two things: over the digital content (lessons, quizzes and materials), if you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal, you lose it over what has already been supplied (art. 103.m of the Spanish consumer act); over the services (tutor, AI Lab, community, live sessions and PRO cohort), you lose it only once they have been fully provided, and if you withdraw before that the law allows charging the proportional part already provided (arts. 103.a and 108.3). Our 14-day commercial guarantee goes beyond all of that: within those 14 days we refund the full amount, with no deductions. It is voluntary, we give it because we want to, and it does not depend on that right.

That immediate delivery only happens if you expressly ask for it before paying, by ticking the box that explains it. If you do not tick it, you cannot proceed to payment. The contract conditions and the model withdrawal form are in the contract conditions (version of Oct 8, 2026).

8. After 14 days

After the guarantee period, program purchases are non-refundable, unless applicable law provides otherwise. If you have a problem, write to us: we will always seek a fair solution.

9. Relationship with your legal rights

This voluntary 14-day commercial guarantee adds to —without limiting— any rights applicable law grants you.
