1. Quién te presta el servicio
YourLegacy Academy es una marca de Amper Group LLC, sociedad de Florida.

2. Qué contratas
Acceso en línea a la formación YourLegacy Academy (Growth Lab): lecciones, cuestionarios, retos, el tutor de IA Eli, el AI Lab y la comunidad, con los límites de uso de cada plan. Es formación privada no reglada: el certificado no es un título oficial.
- Explorer: suscripción mensual de 67 USD al mes. Se renueva cada mes hasta que la canceles.
- Growth Lab: pago único de 950 USD con 12 meses de acceso. No se renueva.
- Growth Lab PRO: pago único de 2.497 USD con 12 meses de plataforma y la cohorte de 90 días. No se renueva.
Precio final, impuestos incluidos: lo que ves es lo que pagas; al pagar no se añade ningún impuesto ni gasto. Precios en dólares de EE. UU. (tu banco puede cobrarte su comisión por cambio de divisa). El importe exacto que pagaste (con cualquier descuento o crédito por cambio de plan) está en tu correo de bienvenida y en el recibo de Stripe.
3. Cómo se paga y cómo se cancela
El pago lo procesa Stripe. El Explorer se cancela tú mismo en Ajustes → Tu plan → «Gestionar o cancelar», en dos clics: dejas de pagar el mes siguiente y conservas el acceso hasta el final del mes pagado. Growth Lab y PRO son pagos únicos: no hay nada que cancelar.
4. Garantía de 14 días y derecho de desistimiento
Tienes 14 días naturales desde la compra para pedir la devolución completa, sin dar explicaciones. Te devolvemos el importe por el mismo medio de pago en un máximo de 14 días desde que lo pides, y el acceso termina con la devolución.
Cómo desistir: con el botón «Desistir del contrato» en Ajustes → Tu plan (queda registrado con la fecha y te llega el acuse por correo), escribiendo a soporte@yourlegacy.tech o con el formulario de abajo. Basta con que nos lo comuniques dentro del plazo.
5. Inicio inmediato: contenido digital y servicios
Tu compra incluye dos cosas que la ley trata de forma distinta. Las dos empiezan en el momento del pago, y solo si lo pides de forma expresa antes de pagar, marcando la casilla que lo explica (sin esa petición no se puede pagar desde la web, porque el acceso empieza al pagar):
- Contenido digital (lecciones, cuestionarios y materiales de la plataforma): al pedirlo reconoces que, una vez empezado, pierdes el derecho legal de desistimiento sobre el contenido digital ya entregado (art. 103.m del texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).
- Servicios (la tutora Eli, el AI Lab, la comunidad, las sesiones en vivo y la cohorte PRO de 90 días): el derecho de desistimiento sobre un servicio solo se pierde cuando se ha prestado por completo (art. 103.a). Si desistes antes, la ley permite cobrarte la parte proporcional del servicio ya prestado hasta que nos lo comunicas (art. 108.3).
Nuestra garantía comercial de 14 días va más allá: si nos lo pides dentro de los 14 días desde la compra, te devolvemos el importe completo, sin descontar el contenido entregado ni la parte proporcional de los servicios.

7. Documentos completos y ley aplicable
Estas condiciones resumen y forman parte de los Términos de Servicio, la Política de Reembolsos y la Política de Privacidad en su versión del 8 de octubre de 2026. Si eres consumidor, se aplican además las normas de consumo de tu país de residencia que no se pueden excluir por contrato.

2. What you buy
Online access to the YourLegacy Academy training (Growth Lab): lessons, quizzes, challenges, the Eli AI tutor, the AI Lab and the community, with each plan's usage limits. It is private, non-accredited training: the certificate is not an official qualification.
- Explorer: monthly subscription of 67 USD per month. It renews every month until you cancel it.
- Growth Lab: one-time payment of 950 USD with 12 months of access. It does not renew.
- Growth Lab PRO: one-time payment of 2,497 USD with 12 months of platform access and the 90-day cohort. It does not renew.
Final price, taxes included: what you see is what you pay; no tax or fee is added at checkout. Prices in US dollars (your bank may charge its own currency-conversion fee). The exact amount you paid (with any discount or plan-change credit) is in your welcome email and on the Stripe receipt.
3. How you pay and how you cancel
Payment is processed by Stripe. You cancel Explorer yourself in Settings → Your plan → «Manage or cancel», in two clicks: you stop paying next month and keep access until the end of the paid month. Growth Lab and PRO are one-time payments: there is nothing to cancel.
4. 14-day guarantee and right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the purchase to ask for a full refund, without giving reasons. We refund the amount to the same payment method within 14 days of your request, and access ends with the refund.
How to withdraw: with the «Withdraw from the contract» button in Settings → Your plan (it is recorded with the date and you get the receipt by email), by writing to soporte@yourlegacy.tech or with the form below. It is enough to tell us within the period.
5. Immediate start: digital content and services
Your purchase includes two things that the law treats differently. Both start when you pay, and only if you expressly ask for it before paying, by ticking the box that explains it (without that request you cannot pay on the website, because access starts at payment):
- Digital content (the platform's lessons, quizzes and materials): by asking, you acknowledge that once it starts you lose the legal right of withdrawal over the digital content already supplied (EU consumer law; art. 103.m of the Spanish consumer protection act).
- Services (the Eli tutor, the AI Lab, the community, the live sessions and the 90-day PRO cohort): the right of withdrawal over a service is lost only once it has been fully provided (art. 103.a). If you withdraw before that, the law allows us to charge you the proportional part of the service provided until you tell us (art. 108.3).
Our 14-day commercial guarantee goes further: if you ask within 14 days of the purchase, we refund the full amount, without deducting the content supplied or the proportional part of the services.

7. Full documents and governing law
These conditions summarise and form part of the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy in their version of October 8, 2026. If you are a consumer, the consumer rules of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract also apply.
